|Specializations and Professional Interests:|
|Professional Comments:||Prepared to be subdued on panels and defer to his fellow judges. An engima in many respects but certainly a judge who recognizes the value of going along with the current mood of the court on issues. Prone to pervert facts as ‘assertions’ when it serves his personal interests. (Though not an insinuation Justice Pankhurst is guilty of such things, New Zealand Court records are well known to often be altered by judges when challenged).|
