The New Zealand national chapter of TI is top-rated in the global NGO. Yet, it is funded by the NZ government and its Chairman, Suzanne Snively, is facing numerous ethics and fraud charges after the Berlin HQ told her to cease using a fictitious company with a similar name to TI to sell her consulting services a year ago.
The evidence of Ms Snively’s misfeasance is currently awaiting a judicial review judgment by High Court Justice Jillian Mallon in the Wellington High Court.
