Justice Frater returned to Wellington and her old firm of Buddle Anderson Kent & Co in 1977, becoming a barrister sole in 1980.
Judge Frater was appointed to the district court bench in 1990 initially with a Family Court warrant, and subsequently, a jury warrant, and in 2003 moved to Auckland to join the bench of the High Court. |
